Have you ever needed a way to keep track of all the little ways your kids learn during the homeschool day? These Autumn Homeschool Learning Journals will help you do just that.

Autumn Homeschool Learning Journals

You can use one to fill in all of your daily or weekly activities, or give it to your child to keep track of independently.

Some days we can be hard on ourselves because we don’t feel like enough “school work” got done. Keep track of all the extras for a week, and I bet you will be surprised at all of the educational activities that are taking place in your home outside of bookwork!

Some ideas for each section:

Learned It

  • Bible verses
  • Poems
  • Dates
  • Summary of facts

Did It

  • Games
  • Outdoor play
  • Practice time
  • Achievements
  • Hands-on activities

Saw it

  • Nature observations
  • Videos
  • Field trips

Made It

  • Handicrafts
  • Recipes
  • Lapbooks

Questions?

  • Parent – a place to jot down things you need to ask your kids (Did you do…? Have you finished…? How did you like…?)
  • Child – a place to list things to further explore (Why do leaves change color in Fall?)
